Welcome to B&P Nutrition!! As a mother of two lovely little girls, and as a dietitian, I am constantly striving to provide healthy meals for my family. When I had my first daughter, I immediately began to stress about what, when, how, and how much to feed her. Not only that, but I worried how on earth I would find the time to cook for my family, because having another human to care for was a big adjustment in and of itself!! What I’ve learned over the last 3 years is that I’m not alone in these concerns and that many parents are baffled by the unknowns of infant feeding, picky eating toddlers, how to survive without hitting the drive-thru, and everything in between.
Our kids are only little for a short time, and are not taught nutrition education in school. That leaves it to us, their parents, to teach them about food and to influence their meal choices from a young age.
So, as a registered dietitian and a lover of all things food, I figured I would share my experiences with you to show you how easy it can be to provide your family with nutritious meals.
